Swindon Mindful Employer Network (SMEN)

You can also join the Swindon Mindful Employer Network (SMEN), a local initiative funded by Swindon Borough Council and delivered by Business West in partnership with us.

SMEN provides advice, resources, events, and peer networking opportunities for employers of all sizes, helping you foster a supportive and productive workplace through open discussions and practical strategies.
