About Lynette:

Lynette is a Mental Health Trainer at Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind, specialising in Mental Health First Aid and bespoke training. She brings 13 years of experience in education, including 6 years teaching psychology in higher education, alongside qualifications in MHFA England/Nuco MHFA, Mental Health Level 2 and 3, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology, a Graduate Diploma in Law, a Master’s-level PGCE, and the Accessing Competencies Qualification. With extensive expertise in module design, curriculum development, mental health training delivery, and experience as a former OCR Examiner, Lynette combines strong academic knowledge with a compassionate approach to enhance learning and promote mental wellbeing. She also chairs Shine Swindon, supporting mothers’ mental health.

About Sara:

Sara is an experienced Mental Health Trainer at Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind and an expert in the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ approach. A qualified Integrative Relational Therapist, Coach, and Trainer, she specialises in Trauma-Informed Practice and Change Management. With extensive experience across both clinical and organisational settings, Sara is also a qualified Suicide First Aid trainer and has delivered Employee Assistance Programmes in the workplace. Combining professional expertise with a compassionate and practical approach, she supports individuals and organisations to strengthen wellbeing and create meaningful, lasting change.
