Junction Support

Junction Support – Swindon

Following on from the latest Government announcement, we are currently offering a variety of telephone support from our Junction Team.

As an alternative, The Junction will be:

  • Continuing to accept new referrals
  • Providing Wellbeing Support for people accessing the Junction Service for up to 14 evenings between the hours of 4pm -11pm
  • Safety planning for people accessing the Junction Service
We have adapted our service to support our guests remotely by phone during their time at the Junction. This combats self-isolation especially during this difficult period while someone is struggling from their mental health.
Telephone Wellbeing Support will provide:
  • Wellbeing Planning via Five Ways to Wellbeing Model
  • Safety Planning
  • Goal Setting
  • Wellbeing Support in relation to COVID-19
  • Safety and Support Planning via Five Ways to Wellbeing Model

How do I Refer?

We currently accept referrals from:

• Control Room Triage,
• Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind wellbeing co-ordinators,
• Swindon Carers,
• SAM,
• IPSUM,
• WWF,
• TWIGS,
• Victoria Cross,
• Eldene Health Centre,
• Eldene Surgery,
• Medvivo,
• The Harbour Project
• Westrop Surgery and LIFT
