At Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind, we’re committed to improving mental health and wellbeing across our local communities. As part of this ongoing effort, we’ve recently launched several new programs designed to offer support, education, and connection to those who need it most. One of our exciting new initiatives is the Community Wellbeing Workshops, which provide practical tools and strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. These workshops are free and open to everyone, aiming to build resilience and promote positive mental health in a welcoming environment. In addition, our Peer Support Groups continue to grow, giving people the opportunity to share experiences and find comfort among others who understand the challenges they face. Our trained facilitators ensure these groups are safe spaces where every voice is valued. We’re also enhancing our digital presence, making resources and information more accessible online. Our goal is to reach more individuals and help break down the stigma around mental health. If you or someone you know would like to get involved or learn more about our services, please visit our website or contact us directly. Together, we can build a stronger, healthier community.
