Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind are Seeking a Wellbeing Lead
Job Purpose – To lead and support the delivery of the wellbeing services that meet the needs of people who access S&G Mind’s Swindon Wellbeing services. The Wellbeing Lead will also ensure local contractual agreements are adhered too and provide support, guidance and supervision to staff working within the wellbeing service.
Hours: 32- 35 hours per week
Salary: £27,000- £29,000 FTE per annum
Location: Swindon (SN1)
Reports to: Services Manager, Swindon
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday entitlement (pro rata for part time staff), pension scheme, ongoing training and development opportunities and team away days to support a culture of wellbeing and teamwork.
