Overview of Role:
Are you a collaborative team player who is passionate about mental health services we provide?
As a Service Manager, you will be managing a small team ensuring that all phone calls made to the service are being answered, and that the team are providing the right support at the right time by navigating the person to the correct service and completing onward referrals. You will also provide guidance and leadership to the Access Line Leads.

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week.
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year + bank holidays.
Salary: £34,000 per annum (FTE)
