Overview of Role:
Are you a skilled and experienced mental health professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the world? S&G Mind are seeking Peer Support Workers to help shape local mental health services within Swindon and beyond.
As a Peer Support Worker, you will have lived experience of mental health and are able to draw from your own experiences to offer support and understanding to others. You will encourage, inspire, and motivate people who access the service to help them with their mental health and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 17.5, 21 or 35 hours per week.
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year + bank holidays.
Salary: £23,000 per annum (this is based on a full-time salary, if you are applying for a part time post, the salary will be pro-rated).
