Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind are Seeking an Operations Support role.  

Job Purpose – We are seeking an Operations Coordinator role to assist with operational service delivery within Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind, including but not limited to overseeing utilities, advertising vacancies and supporting with shortlisting/responding to candidates and answering incoming phone calls to the main office. The Operations Coordinator will also operate finance and invoicing, petty cash systems and providing senior leaders support where required.

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Hours: 20- 30 hours per week (flexible hours available)
Salary: £24,000 (FTE per annum)
Location: Swindon & Gloucestershire
Reports to: Director
