Location: : Swindon
Hours: 25 Hours a week – Monday – Friday, 9:30-14:30
About the Role
As a call handler you will be taking a variety of incoming calls from people currently accessing our services, as well as enquiries and other external phone calls. As a call handler, you will provide the person with an appropriate response to their mental health needs within a timescale. This could range from helping people to complete a referral to internal services, signposting to external services, advising them to attend our out of hours service and other support.
We are looking for someone who has good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner. As a call handler, you will need to have previous experience working within mental health and be passionate about providing high quality support.
