Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind are Seeking a Young Persons Wellbeing Coordinator
Job Purpose – The Young Person Wellbeing Coordinator will provide wellbeing support to young people accessing Swindon services. The role will include working closely with CAMHS to support young people transitioning from services, as well as working closely with other organisations supporting young people in the community.
The role will involve providing 121 appointments to young people, offering practical support based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and other evidence-based interventions. The role will also support the delivery of workshops to young people, including delivery to schools and a Young Persons peer support group.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Swindon (SN1)
Reports to: Services Manager, Swindon
